Disappointing

This shoulder rest came highly recommended by a friend whose child has played violin for a few years, so I paid the higher price when my child began taking lessons. However, we're really disappointed because even our violin instructor can't get it to adjust properly. My child has a full-sized violin, and the rest pops off periodically as she is playing. We thought it was something that she was doing, so the instructor (who is a retired orchestra conductor and has many years of experience) tried
