At Sweetwater, we know that gigging musicians are looking for maximum flexibility out of their gear. The NXTa Violin is tuned just like a traditional violin and even has the same finger spacing. The hand-graduated fingerboard with asymmetrical fingerboard relief provides extraordinary playability from the lowest to the highest positions. Crafted in the Czech Republic, the NS Design NXTa Violin features a solid maple body and neck with a Richlite fingerboard.

The NS Design NXTa Violin sports a custom Polar Pickup System. A pizz/arco switch optimizes the pickup's response for plucked or bowed playing. It gives you the control, clarity, and richness you want from a bass, no matter your playing style. Shift effortlessly from a capacitor-powered active circuit to a passive circuit with high-impedance output, by virtue of the NXTa's dual-mode output.
